"I will now allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her." --Hosea 2:14

Jesus, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof....

The last several days,I have been meditating on this response that I say everyday at Mass.

"Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof but, only say the word,
 and I shall be healed."

After I say this, and right before I go up to receive our Lord...I see myself in an ancient home, with Our Blessed Mother and little St. Therese.  The three of us are looking out the window...waiting for Jesus.  Therese see's Him first, and cries out, excited..."He's coming!"  She starts to run out to greet him and tries to coax me to do the same but, I feel way too unworthy to do so...so, she runs out with Mary at her side and they greet Jesus.  Therese tells Him about me....that I am too afraid to show my face to Him.  I am peeking out the window, watching them.  Jesus senses me looking at Him, even before He sees me and looks up.  He sees me peeking out at Him.  I quickly back away, surprised....and ever so slowly, peek out again....and our eyes meet and I am not able to look away from Him!  We stare at each other for what seems like forever....and then

 He smiles at me...

and my heart melts,

and He walks in....
under MY roof.

He heals me...

and loves me....

I am HIS little Lindy.
